Lemondogs and Anexis have both secured spots in the THOR Open semi-finals after winning their respective first two matches of Group B. After defeating Absolute Legends by 16-12, Lemondogs went on to face Western Wolves, and they had a much easier task against Andreas "schneider" Lindberg's side. The former BuggIT team started off on the Terrorist side on de_fnferno_se, winning a total of 10 rounds in the first half. After switching sides, Lemondogs continued in the driving seat and did not concede a single round to walk out 16-5 winners. THOR Open 2012Best of 1
In the other group encounter, Anexis beat Absolute Legends by the slightest of margins, but certainly only a handful of spectators thought that the match would turn out to be this way after watching the first half. The Danish side pulled off an impressive display as Counter Terrorists on de_nuke_ve as they were up 11-4 at the break. However, Absolute Legends refused to give up and started picking up round after round to eventually level the game on 13 rounds, but in the end Anexis were able to come out on top with a 16-14 scoreline.
